Martin Laniel - Audio Composer

Martin Laniel is a music arranger/composer from Montreal, Canada. Martin has a degree in Sound Design and Bachelor in Music from the University of Montreal. He has worked either as a music editor, arranger, or composer on more than 60 music productions in the last 16 years, including movies and stage productions. 

Martin was nominated for Best Music Editor at the Golden Reel Award for the documentary film Fighter Pilot Operation Red Flag in 2005.

He collaborated on the music for Cirque du Soleil's most recent Broadway production, Paramour, alongside the prolific circus composer Marc Lessard and Guy Dubuc (alias Bob & Bill). Martin was also the assistant composer for Cirque du Soleil's Zarkana and composer for One Night for One Drop 2016.  Martin's passion is putting music to images whether it be on the silver screen, television or stage.  He is currently expanding his horizons through musical theatre and is looking forward to new experiences.
